RZTM-1
Firefighting
Robot
A wheeled-legged quadruped platform engineered for the most lethal fire and rescue environments. Combines a 60 m water cannon, AI fire detection, compound gas sensing, and emergency communications into a single deployable unit — keeping firefighters out of harm’s way.

RZTM-1 with PSKD8/40WB-D-HG/LI motorized water cannon module
Core Advantages
Every capability in the RZTM-1 was designed around a single constraint: the robot must be able to do what a firefighter cannot safely do.
Firefighter Safety First
Replaces personnel in the most lethal zones — high-temperature, toxic, oxygen-depleted, and structurally unstable environments — eliminating direct human exposure.
Integrated Fire Suppression
Onboard motorized water cannon (water/foam dual-mode) with ±30° horizontal and +15°~+70° vertical articulation. Dual-layer self-cooling spray system sustains operation in extreme heat.
Multi-Spectral Reconnaissance
Dual-light pan-tilt unit combines HD visible-light and infrared thermal imaging for real-time penetration through smoke, darkness, and steam.
Compound Gas Detection
Continuously monitors toxic/flammable gas concentrations, oxygen levels, and ambient temperature/humidity. Triggers pre-emptive explosion and poisoning alerts.
Emergency Comms Relay
Integrated wideband/narrowband self-organizing mesh network extends command connectivity up to 1 km line-of-sight — reconnaissance, mapping, and communications in a single unit.
Modular Payload Architecture
Swappable upper modules support CO₂, dry-powder (ABC), and heptafluoropropane suppression agents. Rapid-release mounting enables field reconfiguration in under 5 minutes.
Application Scenarios

Industrial Fire Suppression
Deploys ahead of personnel into flammable/explosive zones. Water cannon suppresses fire while onboard gas sensors continuously monitor for secondary explosion risk.

Disaster Reconnaissance
Navigates rubble and debris fields in GPS-denied environments. Dual-light payload delivers real-time thermal and visual intelligence to the command post.

Emergency Supply Delivery
30 kg payload capacity enables transport of fire-retardant materials, medical supplies, or breathing apparatus into areas inaccessible to personnel.

Electrical Facility Fire Response
Supports CO₂, dry-powder, and heptafluoropropane suppression modules — matched to the specific fire class of high-voltage and IT infrastructure environments.
Deployment Workflow
Vehicle-Mounted Standby
Robot remains in vehicle-mounted charging cradle during transit. Integrated control terminal enables in-vehicle monitoring and mission pre-configuration.
On-Scene Deployment
Vehicle-launch mode allows direct activation from the carrier vehicle. Robot exits autonomously and begins forward reconnaissance.
Remote Suppression & Recon
Operator adjusts position and cannon orientation via remote control to align with the fire source. AI platform identifies fire points and hazardous targets in real time.
Data Logging & Post-Mission Review
All operation records, sensor logs, and video footage are automatically archived for incident investigation and after-action analysis.

Common Questions About RZTM-1 Firefighting Quadruped Robot
Answers to the most common questions from procurement managers, system integrators, and engineering teams evaluating our robotic platforms.
The RZTM-1 is a specialized firefighting quadruped robot designed to enter fire scenes, hazardous chemical environments, and collapsed structures where human entry is unsafe. It performs fire suppression, hazardous gas detection, thermal imaging reconnaissance, and victim search in high-temperature, smoke-filled environments.
The RZTM-1 is engineered for high-temperature fire environments with thermal protection on critical electronics and structural components. It operates in ambient temperatures significantly exceeding standard industrial robot ratings, enabling deployment in active fire scenes.
The RZTM-1 supports a range of firefighting and hazmat payloads including high-pressure water/foam nozzles, thermal imaging cameras, multi-gas detectors (CO, H₂S, CH₄, O₂), 3D LiDAR for structural mapping, and two-way communication systems for remote operator coordination.
The RZTM-1 can execute semi-autonomous and fully autonomous missions using SLAM navigation in GPS-denied, smoke-filled environments. Operators can monitor and override remotely via a ruggedized control station with real-time video and sensor feeds.
The RZTM-1 is deployed by municipal fire departments, industrial fire brigades at petrochemical facilities, oil and gas terminals, power plants, and military/civil defense organizations. It is particularly suited for confined space rescue and CBRN incident response.
Unlike wheeled firefighting robots, the RZTM-1’s quadruped locomotion allows it to climb stairs, cross rubble, navigate debris fields, and operate on uneven terrain inside collapsed buildings — environments where wheeled platforms cannot operate.
