Yes. Clause 10.2 of ISO 9001:2015 specifically requires us to maintain a documented nonconformity and corrective action process. When a field defect is reported, we open a formal corrective action record, conduct root cause analysis, implement containment and corrective actions, and verify effectiveness before closing the record. Customers who report quality issues are kept informed throughout this process, and our corrective action records are reviewed during our annual surveillance audit.

This means our QMS undergoes an initial certification audit and annual surveillance audits conducted by independent auditors. The certification body itself is accredited by a national accreditation body that is a member of the International Accreditation Forum (IAF).
