Our IP portfolio covers both hardware and software dimensions. On the hardware side, our invention patents protect core mechanical innovations in the joint actuator design and leg linkage geometry. On the software side, we hold software copyright registrations for our fleet management platform, autonomous navigation stack, and AI-powered inspection algorithms. This dual coverage means that both the physical robot platform and the intelligence layer running on it are proprietary, giving OEM customers a more defensible product differentiation position than hardware-only IP.

Standard OEM agreements grant customers the right to sell and use our products under their own brand, but do not transfer ownership of our underlying IP. For strategic OEM partnerships involving significant customization investment, we can negotiate limited field-of-use licenses for specific application domains or geographic markets. Any custom developments created specifically for an OEM customer — such as bespoke payload integrations or application-specific software modules — can be structured with shared or customer-owned IP rights depending on the investment contribution.
