ODM software services include custom autonomous navigation algorithms, AI recognition model training for your specific use case, cloud management platform development, API integration with your enterprise systems (ERP, SCADA, BMS), and mobile/web operator interfaces. All source code is transferred to you upon project completion.
Our platforms are designed to IP67 protection standards and have undergone CE marking for European markets. We can support customers in obtaining additional certifications including ATEX for hazardous area use, UL for North American markets, and local certifications for specific regions. Certification support is available as part of ODM services.
We provide a comprehensive support package including on-site installation and commissioning, operator training programs, remote technical support, spare parts supply with 5-year availability guarantee, software updates, and optional preventive maintenance contracts.
